Yesterday we learned that Farrah Fawcett died of cancer. When I hear that someone, famous or not, has lost there battle with cancer it saddens me. My mother passed away from colon cancer when I was 16 and my father lung cancer when I was 21. Lavender is the the color of the cancer awareness ribbon. Purple is the color for cancer survivors. I hope one day, that all we see are purple ribbons.

Thank you for sharing this ribbon, my grandfather is currently fighting stage 4 bone cancer and has already gone through kidney cancer years ago. This is a tough battle. Thanks again.
