It is time to update your Cricut Design Studio and Gypsy.  The following new cricut cartridges have been added.  Batman, Serenade, Paisley, Superman and Sweet Treats cricut cartridges!!!

You can download the latest Gypsy update here. There is no firmware update included in this update.  SCAL will still work fine.

Right now www.ohmycrafts.com has them on pre order for $44.99 and they are offering a 15% discount off any order CHA15 is valid until 08-02-09.

I am still waiting to find out if when the Gypsy will be available.  I have seen it on pre-sale on a few sites for $249.00.  I e-mailed ohmycrafts and asked them if they were going to carry it because they usually have the lowest prices I have seen on Provocraft items.  They said that they would but that pre-orders have not been authorized by Provocraft and once it is authorized they will list it on there site.  I am certain that it will be announced at CHA this week so I am going to wait before I order anything.  I know my pocket book can’t handle all the new cartridges AND the Gypsy.  I did hear that there will be 2 exclusive cartridges pre installed on the Gypsy.  They will not be available anywhere else and the only way to get them it to order the Gypsy.
